Year 4 – Guitar making

As part of topic on sound, Year 4 have been making guitars. The challenge is to tune their guitar by varying the length or tightness of the strings (elastic bands), the underlying science being that more vibrations per second produces a higher pitched sound. The most interesting tune will win the competition.
