World Book day

We will be celebrating World Book Day on Friday 3 March. All children across the school are invited to come in dressed as their favourite book character – no football kits or comic characters please. Pupils in Year 5 and 6 need to bring their games kit to change into.
We are delighted that Knife and Packer http://knifeandpacker.com/ authors of Badly Drawn Beth, Fleabag Monkeyface and Freak Street will be visiting to deliver highly interactive and fun sessions to all pupils. Knife and Packer have written and illustrated more than 30 books for children that have been translated into many languages, including: Spanish, Portuguese, Thai, Korean, Chinese and even Estonian. If your child has one of their books that they would like signed, please remind them to bring it in on the day.
