The Mall School

Congratulations to our Year 6 pupils for their fantastic 11+ results this year.  As well as being offered places at a wide range of senior schools, including some of the most academically selective locally, The Mall pupils have also been awarded numerous scholarships. 96% of pupils received TWO or more senior school offers.

The Mall School

Symbols of royalty and adventure, from grand Disney fairy tales to medieval strongholds, castles have been capturing the childrens' imaginations. In Drawing Club they have created some impressive masterpieces ranging from rainbow-coloured turretted buildings to ancient fortresses.

Drawing Club is just one of many co-curricular clubs on offer for our pupils. As well as helping with family work-life balances, the clubs benefit children socially, physically and creatively whilst also teaching them new skills and learning habits that they can apply in school.

We are pleased to be able to offer around 60% of these clubs free of charge to our families.

In Science, the Year 2 children have been learning all about evaporation. Taking to the playground in the sunshine, they used chalk to draw a line around a puddle that they`d created, marked its size, then observed how the water level decreased over time due to evaporation from the sun`s heat.
