Year 6 take part in Junior Citizens Day

2nd October 24

students in class

Last week our Year 6 pupils had a fantastic trip to Heatham House to take part in the Junior Citizens workshop.

They were able to identify different safety issues and learn how to behave and respond in various scenarios. They even practised making a 999 phone call. This was a valuable experience for the children, as they understood the best way to react and behave in dangerous situations that may occur in real life.

The children were able to work on their critical thinking and listening skills, while working together to find the best solutions.
