French Lessons

29th May 24

students playing board games

From Reception, pupils at The Mall School will begin learning French.

This term our Reception class have been using different songs and games to help them learn the various phrases.

The children have been learning a song about body parts in French.

Reception also played a traditional French game while singing a song about the days of the week with Madame Capell.

All children at The Mall School have weekly French lessons and Year 6 have been practising by playing Guess Who? This has been a fun way for the children to use different phrases and ask questions in French to describe different characteristics.

Our French curriculum can be found here.
